The Station

The Station at 2732 St. John's St. in Port Moody is the latest new development project in the City. It will be a lowrise building with 4 levels of residential living and one level of commercial space. There will be a total of 106 residential units ranging in size from 534 square feet to 1,132 sq. ft. Features will include engineered hardwood floors, high efficiency front loading washer/dryer, polished quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and more. One of the most interesting features is that this will be the first condo complex that is heated geothermally, decreasing heating and cooling costs and reducing the impact on the environment.
